Product Care And Installation

  • Protect against direct solar radiation; be sure to cover the entire area to avoid character change.
  • Turn off floor heat prior to applying protection.
  • Ensure all areas are dry prior to laying.
  • Once the product is applied, it cannot endure pressure of more than 220 lbs for more than 24 hours.
  • For various site conditions, a test should be done prior to applying to confirm the surface is cured.
  • Wait at least 72 hours after the final coat has been applied before covering.
  • Do not use on surfaces that have been treated with any solvent-based products before they have been properly cured.
  • Not recommended on cement or concrete surfaces.
  • Recommended room temperature 50°F – 77°F.
  • Allowable room humidity 50% – 60%.
  • Should be laid down with a 4” overlap on each side.
  • Lift protection periodically and reapply.
  • Prepare the surface, making sure it is free of dust and debris.
  • Roll out to the desired size and cut with a utility knife/scissors away from the surface.
